The Clinton Health Access Initiative Uganda
The Clinton health Access Initiative Uganda is a duly registered in Uganda forming part of the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc (CHAI) whose headquarters are in the USA.
Established in 2002 by President Bill Clinton as the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative, CHAI is a not-for-profit global health organization with a major object of strengthening integrated health systems in the developing world and expanding access to care and treatment for HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.
These services are offered through collaboration and partnerships with Governments and NGO Partners. Through its activities, CHAI has been able to expand treatment access and save lives in Developing Countries to persons that are majorly due to financial constraints unable to access these services.
We, at Shonubi Musoke are proud to be associated with helping CHAI achieve some of its objects in Uganda. We have over the past few years, as a way of giving back to our community regularly advised CHAI on different legal and regulatory matters ex gratia, with a hope of reaching such persons that are unable to access these services.
