This multi-million dollar suit, which has resulted into numerous other suits, relates to the purchase of prime condominium property in Kampala City.
Shonubi Musoke act for the defendants in this matter and on the 15th of February 2010, the defendants won in a miscellaneous application brought by the plaintiffs/applicants for a temporary injunction restraining the defendants from evicting and/or dealing with the property comprised in Hotel Diplomate in any manner.
The main suit is coming up for scheduling on the 11th of March 2010.
