An interim order obtained by Nile Breweries against East African Breweries Limited barring the use of the long-necked beer bottle has been lifted and costs awarded to East African Breweries.
Shonubi Musoke & Co. Advocates act as joint Counsel for the defendants - EABL - in this multi-million dollar suite.
The main suite has been set for scheduling on the __ of August 2010.
