Uganda has recently discovered large oil deposits in the country.
This has interested the appetite of large multinational oil companies to make significant investments in Uganda. In the initial stages, the firm advised a client with regard to one of the two PSA’s issued in Uganda.
Lately however, the firm has seen its clientele grow in relation to oil following this discovery. We represent exploration companies, production companies and transport companies.
We have participated in drafting and advising in respect government concessions, firm-in and the exploration agreements.
