Position: Junior Associate
Ms. Elaine Alowo-O obtained her LLB Degree from the Faculty of Law at Makerere University in 2007, holds a diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC) and is expected to be admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court shortly.
She has in the past, worked with the Uganda Law Reform Commission where she participated in several projects including the impending codification of the law of Contract in Uganda.
She is being led to practice in the areas of corporate and commercial advisory, company secretarial work, securities law, tax law and commercial litigation.
She also has a keen interest in the areas of natural resources law and in particular the subject of renewable energy.
