Elizabeth Rukundo

Elizabeth Rukundo obtained her LLB Degree from Makerere University, Kampala and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC).

She is also a graduate Chartered Secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), UK. She has intensive governance experience and has conducted a number of board development trainings.

Elizabeth serves as a Company Secretary for a number of clients. She has advised several local and international NGOs on regulatory matters and corporate governance, law and best practice.
