James Kyazze

James Kyazze obtained his LL.B degree from Makerere University, Kampala and holds a post graduate diploma in legal practice from Law Development Centre (LDC).

Mr. Kyazze also holds a Master of Laws degree from the Cardiff University.

Mr. Kyazze is an expert in energy law and has represented several international and local institutions in setting up business and on general commercial principles.

Mr. Kyazze has acted as company secretary to various multinational companies and is an enrolled advocate and practices in all fields of corporate and commercial law (including litigation).
