Peters K. Musoke

Peters K. Musoke obtained his LL.B degree from Makerere University, in 1982. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC) and a Masters Degree in International business Law of Manchester University, (U.K).

Mr. Musoke is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts. From 1981 to 1987, he was employed in two law firms in Uganda and was a founding partner of the firm in 1987.

Peters worked as Corporation Secretary for the National Housing and Construction Corporation from 1989 for over 10 years before resuming full time private practice at the firm. While there, Peters garnered a lot of experience and valuable exposure to government departments, bodies and agencies.

Mr. Musoke practices in the fields of corporate and commercial law. He has advised and acted for several local and international clients regarding non-contentious matters in the fields of property law, Internet and e-commerce law, investment law and international trade & business including arguing some precedent setting authorities in insurance law and carriage of goods.

He is currently the Administrative Partner and also heads the litigation department of the firm.

Mr. Musoke is an active community member and is a member of the Rotary Club of Mengo of which is Past President and holder of multiple Paul Harris Fellowships. He is a past Assistant District Governor for District 9200.
