Justine is an Associate in SM Registrars.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Uganda Law Development Centre.

She is a C. G Affiliated Member with the Corporate Governance Institute of UK (formerly known as ICSA-UK).

Her experience includes offering advisory services in legal and regulatory compliance measures, due diligence, carrying out corporate secretarial services like preparations of board meetings, advising boards, making board minutes, preparation of AGMs, advising board committees on the various best practices, maintaining company records, data updates and filing company returns and all related company documentation.

She routinely advises clients on company secretarial services and on Corporate Governance best practice and regulatory compliance.
