Ezekiel is a Partner at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

He is a member of the International Bar Association, the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

Ezekiel is presently working abroad for an extended period.

He specialises in corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, oil and gas, project finance and restructuring and insolvency.

Ezekiel joined the firm in 1998, during which time he also served as a part-time law lecturer at Makerere University law school for eight years.

He has consistently been recognised by Chambers Global and IFLR 1000 as a leading lawyer in matters of corporate and commercial law; and has published a number of articles in leading legal journals such as International Financial Law Review
