Bruno is an Associate at the firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala where he passed with distinction and received the Director’s List Award for promoting a tradition of legal excellence.

He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

He has extensive legal and practical experience in dealing with domestic and international tax matters. Although primarily a tax lawyer, he practices other areas such as; general commercial law, corporate finance, project finance and dispute resolution among others. He has previously served as a legal support officer to a consultancy consortium that advised the World Bank and Uganda’s Ministry of Finance on the legal and institutional framework for public private partnerships that originate at the local government level in Uganda. He has also handled several tax advisory and dispute resolution matters.
