Sheila is an Associate at the firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

She is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

She specialises in corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes corporate and commercial law practice, employment law, land transactions and conveyancing, criminal law, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

Her experience includes drafting and reviewing all kinds of comprehensive agreements, advising clients (individual and corporate) on the legality and tenability of employment claims brought against them and possible alternative mechanisms of settling such claims/disputes. She also handles due diligence, litigation and corporate advisory.
