Eva is an Associate with the firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

She is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

She specialises in litigation. Her practice covers Civil and commercial litigation, criminal law and land law. Her other areas of expertise include insurance law, land transactions, alternative dispute resolution, employment law, and environment law. In her practice, she has accumulated extensive experience in litigation, debt recovery and criminal matters.

Eva has extensive experience in trial advocacy, mediation and arbitration in general commercial law. She has provided advisory and litigation services to major domestic corporations in relation to public liability claims, property disputes, breach of contract, termination of employment, and trespass matters. Eva successfully acted for one of the major energy distribution companies in Uganda in a case involving approximately Shs. 120,000,000. She has also successfully acted for a financial institution recovering a sum of Shs 150,000,000.
