Maureen Mudong is an Associate at the Firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.

She is a member of the East African Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.

She specialises in corporate and commercial law. Her experience covers legal advisory, civil and commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions and arbitration.

Maureen has advised companies and individuals on regulatory and transactional matters including commercial contracts, legal and regulatory compliance of companies, business registration and review of transactional documents. She has also represented corporate clients in domestic and international arbitration and matters of debt recovery.

She is passionate about women and children’s rights.
